Richard has been actively involved in investment property since 2005 and has a wealth of experience in the sector. Throughout his property journey Richard has a hands on approach to property and is actively involved in the day to day running of the Dynamic Property Group. Aside from this Richard is a father, a property investor and a practicing property auctioneer. In his spare time he has a young family living in Durham and enjoys travel and hobbies such as scuba diving and golf.

Wayne has been an integral part of The Dynamic Property Group for over 16 years. Wayne is a portfolio landlord in his own right and as a company Director is in charge of the implementation of strategy and ensuring first class service is offered through our dedicated teams or property professionals. In his spare time Wayne is a long suffering Newcastle United fan and also lives in the Durham area.

Laura joined the Dynamic team in December 2019. She had spent the previous 8 years working as an account manager for a national communications company. Laura has a keen interest in interior design and has recently gained a qualification in this field. In her spare time she enjoys reading interior books and blogs spending time with her husband and 2 children and long walks with their dog.

Shirley has worked in the property market since 2002, including time spent working with individual property buyers and sellers, and investors. Shirley is married, lives locally, and likes to visit her daughter and three grandsons in south west England whenever possible. In her personal time, Shirley enjoys reading, cooking, and is an armchair sports fan.

Mike is a seasoned property professional with extensive experience in both the UK and foreign property markets. Mike has spent many years working in Europe and South East Asia with some of the most innovative and successful construction and property sales companies. Combining this experience with Mike’s years of dealing with the North East England property market, provides the basis of offering the very best service possible to all the Auction North buyers and sellers.
Born and schooled in Durham City, Mike has always maintained close links to the North East of England. When work commitments allow, Mike enjoys extensive foreign travel and follows all types of Motor sport.

Neil is a longstanding member of the Dynamic Team and has a great wealth of experience in organising maintenance of both residential and commercial property.

Fiona grew up in Leeds, completed her BDes in SFX for Film and Television at Bolton University and joined the team in 2021. Fiona is passionate about delivering our award winning service. In her spare time, Fiona enjoys camping and spending time out doors with her 2 big dogs and 3 legged cat

Olivia is originally from Co Durham and completed her A-level studies before joining the Dynamic team in 2022. Olivia is a keen runner and enjoys travelling throughout Europe and socialising with friends on the weekends.
